4. User Obligations and Platform Rules
As a registered user of wildbets, you agree to the following obligations:

- You agree that all information provided during registration and transactions must be truthful and verifiable.
Violation of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
5. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on wildbets are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Members are responsible for ensuring they use payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified within your account dashboard. Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on the payment method used. wildbets reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks before processing withdrawals.
If a transaction is found to be associated with fraudulent activity, wildbets may freeze the relevant account and withhold funds pending investigation. Chargebacks initiated through your payment provider without prior contact with wildbets support may result in permanent account suspension.
Promotions, bonuses, and special offers — when available — are subject to their own specific terms as displayed in the Promotion section of your account. Attempting to abuse promotional offers may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property

wildbets reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, suspicious betting patterns, failure to complete identity verification, or user request. In the event of account closure due to a policy violation, any promotional balances will be forfeited. Verified genuine funds may be returned at wildbets' discretion after investigation.
